Can I see CloudMech in action before making a commitment?

What are the requirements for using CloudMech's consultancy services?

We prefer to perform most functions of our services remotely. Access to any of your systems should be read-only for any discovery sessions and be restricted to only applicable resources. Only if an agreed Scope of Works is prepared and signed then appropriate delegated access to perform our duties should be provided.

What software can CloudMech assist us with?
  • Obviously, we can't be experts in everything! However, CloudMech consultants work with many different types of applications and platforms. We're actively developing further knowledge and experience with the latest containers, web and/or API technologies to strengthen our ability to support you into the future.

  • Varying levels of support are offered for non-Windows operating systems and are evaluated against what you're trying to achieve, what infrastructure you have available and any internal skilled resources. Furthermore, we have extensive partnerships that CloudMech can leverage to ensure you have the support you need.

Do you have a free trial?

Yes! CloudMech offers several software packages, backed by strong partnerships with software vendors. We encourage leveraging our various free trials and promotions. We aim to offer a one-stop-shop approach, where possible, to ensure you feel supported, allowing us to help provision and manage software for you, offer guidance and help you get the most out of the platforms.

How does CloudMech handle my privacy?

We take privacy very seriously! We value your privacy to the same level as our own. CloudMech complies with all Australian Legal Standards and incorporates worldwide privacy expectations.

We document and keep updating all areas of our privacy policy, along with our terms and conditions, for your review at our privacy and terms pages respectively. We're dedicated to the extent that we can assist you writing or updating your own!
